= PREAMBLE =


We the Sovereign People of Earth hereby acknowledge, understand, and accept the moral and ethical duty that is Sovereignty, which is our responsibility to protect the earth and its inhabitants.

As our rightful inheritance we accept the duty and responsibility that the Earth is our Domain which bequeaths everything in, on, above and below the Land, Air and Water.

As Sovereigns are the Guardians of the Earth, it is our moral and ethical duty to set and maintain the minimum standards and practices of all Nations that join the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

We the Sovereigns choose to Confederate for the purpose of creating our own shared harmonious prosperity that creates our own strong culture and traditions.

As Sovereigns, we honor and respect family bonds that will create future generations that aspire to Sovereignty where they will continue to create a better future for the World.

Sovereignty promotes the sharing of knowledge that encourages creativity, ingenuity, scientific discovery, and engineering through critical thinking.

Sovereigns understand the responsibility of the power and authority that comes with freedom and choose to accept accountability for their actions and choices.

The Sovereignty understands and accepts that Justice must be tempered with compassion, and with that compassion we accept that Justice must not be blind to all facts and evidence, nor be swift and ignorant, but timely and fair.

We are a determined and reasoned People, we are tolerant but resolute in our determination for peace, transparency, and accountability, to keep a harmonious balance with each other through the common understanding that it is our duty to stand in truth, honor, and integrity.

We the Sovereign People of Earth hereby declare that we create and enact the Sovereign Earth Alliance for the greater protection of Earth and its inhabitants. 


= Article One - Confederation =
The Sovereign Earth Alliance is a Confederation of Sovereigns and Nations.

Supremacy of the Constitution:

This Supreme Constitution creates the Authority of the Sovereign Earth Alliance and the Power and Authority of the Councils of the Sovereign Earth Alliance to handle affairs between Sovereigns, Member Nations, and Non-Member Nations of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

Any Delegated Authority assigned to the Councils and Administrations by this Constitution will remain with the Sovereigns. 

The Rules of Conduct that are created by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council for the Sovereigns and the Member Nations will adhere to principles of the Summa Carta and the Supreme Constitution.

== Membership ==

=== Individual Global Sovereignty ===
We are all equal as Human Beings and we choose either to be, or not to be Sovereign. Other than our humanity, equality is irrelevant. When an individual divides themselves from Sovereign Human Authority they enslave themselves through the power of a foreign authority. This foreign authority has no legitimacy to enforce itself on Sovereign Human Authority.

Every Living Man and Woman on Earth that has the capacity and will, has the Freedom to learn and understand what Sovereignty is and by taking the Sovereign Affirmation to become a Sovereign.

Being a Sovereign is a choice of being an enlightened member of an advanced society that acts with Truth, Honour, and Integrity with the acceptance that freedom is a responsibility that comes with accountability for their actions and choices.

Because a Sovereign acts in Truth, Honor, and Integrity they have the absolute power to exercise the authority to govern and control themselves.

Sovereigns do not recognize the difference between color, race, religion or any other created or imagined division.

Sovereignty emanates from living Men and Women and from no other source.

For the purposes of creating a harmonious society, Sovereigns are guided by the Rules of Conduct.

Each Sovereign will be enrolled in the Registrar of Sovereignty and will possess the protection and recognition of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Individual Global Sovereignty will elect one member for each nation to sit on the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council.

The culture of responsibility and traditions of freedom and liberty strengthens our Sovereign harmonious prosperity.

==== Responsibility and Duties of a Sovereign ====


Each Sovereign has the Duty to protect the Sovereign Nation they live in within Sovereign Earth Alliance against Invasion, Insurrection, War, Treasonous or Subversive Actions. Each Sovereign has the duty to protect the Sovereign Earth Alliance from Invasion, War, Treasonous, or Subversive Actions.

Within their Nation, each Sovereign has the Duty to Vote and to Participate when requested in Grand Jury or Jury Trials.

Each Sovereign that has the ability, has the Duty to join their Nation’s Sovereign Guard for a minimum of three years after taking their Sovereign Affirmation before the age of 25.

It is the Duty of Sovereigns to Protect Citizens Irrevocable Rights and Irrevocable Freedoms and Lawful Protections.

==== Sovereign Affirmation ====


''“I (name) affirm that I make an absolute solemn proclamation that I renounce all loyalty, fidelity and allegiance to any Foreign Sovereign, Foreign Monarch, Foreign Power, Nation, State, Government, or Secret Societies, to whom I have heretofore been a Member, Subject, or Citizen.'' 

''I affirm supreme loyalty and allegiance to the Sovereigns of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.'' 

''I will be guided by the Rules of Conduct to fulfill my Responsibilities and Duties as a Sovereign to uphold the Supreme Constitution, to defend Sovereign Human Authority as written in the Summa Carta, and to protect the Sovereigns of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.'' 

''I take this affirmation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.”'' 

==== Revocation of Sovereignty ====
Every Sovereign will have the choice to abdicate their Sovereignty at any time.

A Sovereign shall have their Sovereignty Prorogued upon arrest.

A Sovereign can only be charged with a crime after their Sovereignty is Prorogued or Abdicated.

If a Sovereign refutes the arrest and proroguing of their Sovereignty for a non-serious or non-heinous crime, the Sovereign will be released and notified of the determination of the Grand Jury within 72 hours of arrest and release.

If a Sovereign refutes the arrest and proroguing of their Sovereignty for a serious, heinous, or egregious crime, the Sovereign will be detained until Grand Jury is empaneled and make their determination within 72 hours of arrest.

The Grand Jury will determine if there is enough evidence to Prorogue the Sovereignty of the Sovereign and will forward their determination to the Courts of Justice.

If a Sovereign is found guilty in a Court of Justice, their Sovereignty will be Abdicated by their own actions and choices. On the Abdication of their Sovereignty, a Sovereign will become a Citizen.

If a Sovereign is proven innocent, the prorogation of Sovereignty will be ended.

Every Sovereign that has abdicated their Sovereignty through Conviction shall be eligible to regain their Sovereignty if after five (5) years if They completed Rehabilitation, and or have not been convicted of Perjury, and or Have not been convicted of a Serious, Heinous or Egregious Crime, and or Have not been convicted of more than three (3) Crimes in the Sovereigns Life as a Sovereign, and or They are not incarcerated in jail and Retaken the Sovereign Affirmation.

=== Nation Membership ===
Nations that choose to join the Sovereign Earth Alliance will be a Confederation of Nations using the terms laid out in this Article.

Each Nation that expresses interest in joining Sovereign Earth Alliance will consent to replace their Governing System and Laws with the Supreme Constitution of the Sovereign Earth Alliance and accept the supremacy of the Summa Carta.

Nations that express their interest to leave the Sovereign Earth Alliance shall be required to explain to their Sovereigns and Citizens how it would benefit their Nation before requiring a majority vote of the Sovereigns. This Referendum will be co-managed by the Sovereign Earth Alliance and the Nation.

Each New Member Nation will send a Representative to sit on the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council.

==== Transition Period on Entry of the Union ====
For each new Member Nation, the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will create a Temporary Transition Council for the duration of the Transition Period which will be long as the nation requires.

The transition period will include writing laws that are in alignment with the Supreme Constitution of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

During this transition period the Sovereign Earth Alliance Temporary Transition Council will request of other Member Nations the assistance of training for the new member Nations Councils.

All Policing during the transition period shall be upgraded to the Sovereign Earth Alliance Policing Standards. During the Transition Period, every police force within the Nation will be under the Training and Supervision of the Sovereign Earth Alliance Temporary Transition Council for that Nation.

The Transition period will include education and understanding of Sovereignty for the entire population of the nation.

Each Nation will operate its Courts of Justice by the Supreme Justice Edict.


= Article Two - Administration of the Sovereign Earth Alliance =



Any Delegated Authority assigned to the Sovereign Earth Alliance Councils and Administrations by the Constitution will remain with the Sovereignty.  

All Members of Councils and Administrations of the Sovereign Earth Alliance will have Diplomatic Immunity when working and traveling for official purposes.

No law shall be written or interpreted by any Sovereign Earth Alliance Council or Administration using the Color of Law.

== Sovereign Earth Alliance Councils, Administrators, Administrative Hires (Employees) Affirmations ==



All Sovereign Earth Alliance Council Members and Temporary and or Permanent Council Members will publicly affirm and sign the Affirmation Document that states this affirmation:

''“I (name) affirm that I will remain loyal to the Sovereignty while I fulfill my Duties and Responsibilities as a (Position) and to bring forth the interests and concerns of (''the Individual Global Sovereignty''/my Nation) to the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council, and that I take this affirmation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.”''

Sovereign Earth Alliance ''Administrative Employees will sign the Affirmation Document that states this affirmation:''

''“I (name) affirm that I will fulfill my Responsibilities and Duties as a (Position) to the'' Sovereign Earth Alliance, ''and that I take this affirmation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion.”''

== Administration Layout ==

=== Council Composition and Authority ===


Each Nation’s Sovereign Council will select from its Sovereigns, a single member to sit on the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council.

Every Permanent Council will be appointed by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council and consist of nine (9) Members.

All Permanent Councils of the Sovereign Earth Alliance will have four (4) year terms.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the power and authority to create Temporary Councils and define their purpose, power and authority, number of members on the Council, and their Term of Office.

A Minimum Quorum to hold a vote by any Temporary or Permanent Council is sixty percent (60%) of the Members of that Council.

In each Council of the Sovereign Earth Alliance, each member of that Council will hold One Vote, and will not be able to proxy, gift, or allow another member of the Council to vote in their stead.

No Member of any Council or Administration of the Sovereign Earth Alliance can delegate their position or their authority to any private entity, organization, or corporation to represent that Member in their stead.

If any Member of any Council of the Sovereign Earth Alliance  is unable to perform their duties due to temporary incapacitation, Dereliction of Duties and Responsibilities, permanent disability, resignation, death, charged with Criminality, Corruption, or Treason and is suspended, dismissed, or removed by the majority of the Sovereign Earth Alliance  Council, or recalled by the Sovereign Council of a Nation, the Sovereign Council of a Nation will send a replacement temporarily or for the remainder of the Term as required.

In the event of a Sovereign Earth Alliance Emergency, All Terms of All Sovereign Earth Alliance Councils will be extended until the Sovereign Earth Alliance Emergency has ended. 

=== Sovereign Earth Alliance Council ===


The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will include 1 Sovereign that will represent the Individual Global Sovereignty.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council is the Representation of the Authority of the Sovereigns of each Nation in the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will be the Permanent Council that will operate within the Authority laid out in this Supreme Constitution.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the authority to create, modify, or remove any Sovereign Rules of Conduct.

Sovereign Rules of Conduct are only to be created to further benefit the creation of our own strong culture and traditions that preserves our harmonious prosperity. All Sovereign Rules of Conduct are subject to a Lawful Challenge.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the authority to create, modify, or remove any Temporary Councils and Committees and their authority and responsibilities.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the power and authority to create or modify Rules of Conduct for accountability of all Living Men and Women for Crimes Against Sovereignty, Crimes Against Humanity, and War Crimes.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the power and authority to impeach or expel any member of the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council and request a replacement from that Nation.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the power and authority to direct any of their Permanent or Temporary Councils to take a directed action that benefits the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the authority to declare a Sovereign Earth Alliance Emergency where the Emergency affects more than one Nation.

The Founding Sovereigns will sit on the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council until their deaths.

=== Sovereign Earth Alliance Emergency ===

In the event of a Sovereign Earth Alliance Emergency such as Invasion, Declaration of War against the Sovereign Earth Alliance, Crimes Against Sovereignty, Crimes Against Humanity, War Crimes, or any other emergency, the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the power and authority to resolve the Emergency.

During a Sovereign Earth Alliance Emergency, the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will have the authority to issue, modify, and revoke Emergency Orders that are directed to any Permanent or Temporary Council for the duration of the Emergency.

In the Event of a Sovereign Earth Alliance Emergency, Each Sovereign that has the ability, will be required to report their readiness to aid for the duration of the emergency. All Council and Administration Members of the Sovereign Earth Alliance will be exempt from this requirement.

=== Treaty Authority ===

All Nations will have Free Trade of Goods within the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council may make Treaties with Nations or Organizations that are not members of the Sovereign Earth Alliance where the Treaty benefits the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

All treaties signed by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will benefit all Nations throughout the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council may enter into any Treaty or Contractual agreement where it is subject to this Constitution.

Any Treaty signed by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will cause no harm to any Member Nation nor require or force the creation, amendment, or repeal of any Laws, Rules, or Regulations to meet with any terms, conditions or subjects of the Treaty or Contract.

=== Independent Investigative Bureau (IIB) ===


The Independent Investigative Bureau is an investigative agency created by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council will create the scope of authority of the Independent Investigative Bureau.

The Independent Investigative Bureau (IIB) will investigate and determine if there is Criminality, Corruption, Treason or Dereliction of Duties and Responsibilities to the Sovereign Earth Alliance by any member of any Council or Administration and refer the results to the Justice Council to either impanel a Grand Jury or refer the matter to the SEA Court of Justice.

=== Treasury Council ===


The Sovereign Earth Alliance Treasury Council will be a Permanent Council once it is created by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council.

The Treasury Council will have the authority to create banking regulations for the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Treasury Council will operate and manage the Sovereign Earth Alliance Treasury.

The Treasury Council will require an audit of each Council annually or as required for irregularities, waste, fraud, or corruption. This audit will be completed by the IIB.

==== Sovereign Earth Alliance Treasury ====


The Treasury will create and manage all forms of amounts of Lawful tender and Coinage for the Currency of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

Each Council will be required to submit their annual budget to the treasury. The Council’s expenses be reviewed quarterly by the Treasury. If there are any irregularities, waste, fraud, or corruption, the Treasury will inform the Independent Investigative Bureau (IIB).

==== Sovereign Earth Alliance Bank ====


The Sovereign Earth Alliance Bank will operate under the authority and direction of the Sovereign Earth Alliance Treasury Council.

All Banks within Sovereign Earth Alliance will set their Interest Rate to zero percent.

=== Military Council ===


The Sovereign Earth Alliance Military Council will be a Permanent Council once it is created by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council.

Each Nation will be required to have their own Sovereign Guard.

All Military Actions of the Military Council must be approved by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council.

In the event of a Global Emergency, the Military Council may be called upon by the Alliance Council.

Any Attack on any Nation of the Sovereign Earth Alliance is an Attack on the whole Sovereign Earth Alliance.

It shall be incumbent upon the Member Nations to come to the defense of an attack on any Member Nation.

In the event of an Attack on the Sovereign Earth Alliance, the Military Council will be called upon by the Alliance Council to organize the defense of the Sovereign Earth Alliance in concert with each Member Nation. 



= Article Four - Sovereign Earth Alliance Judicial System =

== The Supreme Justice Edict: ==


The Supreme Justice Edict establishes the highest moral and ethical protections of those before the Courts and the application of Justice within the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

1.  The truth is Justice must be tempered with compassion.

2.  Justice must not ignore any fact or evidence.

3.  The Justice System must not act swiftly or ignorantly to where it causes unlawful harm to anyone.

4.  The Justice System must work in a timely and fair manner.

5.  The Justice System will interpret the Supreme Constitution and the Laws as they are written.

6.  The Justice System will operate under Sovereign Law.

7.  The Justice System will be free from Criminal interference and manipulation.

8.  Esoteric practices are forbidden in every Court on the Planet.

If a Law Advocate within the Sovereign Earth Alliance has a relationship or an affiliation with any Judge, business, corporation, association, society, brotherhood, fraternity, or any other organization, that law advocate must disclose that information to the Court.

If a Judges within the Sovereign Earth Alliance has a relationship or an affiliation with any Law Advocate, business, corporation, association, society, brotherhood, fraternity, or any other organization, that law advocate must disclose that information to the Court.


Judicial Council:

The Judicial Council will have the authority to create, modify, or remove any Operational Procedure of the Alliance Court or any Alliance Grand Jury.

All Sovereign Earth Alliance Laws will be written for clarity and simplicity for everyone in Common English.

Within the Sovereign Earth Alliance, all Rules of Conduct, Laws, and Regulations, will be written for clarity and simplicity in Common English.

All Sovereign Earth Alliance Rules of Conduct will be written by the Judicial Council and will be approved by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Council.

== Affirmation of Honesty: ==


All Individuals that appear before the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court of Justice will take this affirmation, before giving a statement to that Court:

''“I (name) affirm that I will be honest and truthful when giving my statement in this Court and I accept that if I am not honest and truthful, I will be charged with Perjury.”''

== Judiciary: ==


All Judges of the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court of Justice will be trained to use reason and logic to further their knowledge and understanding of the Summa Carta, the Supreme Constitution, and the Rules of Conduct of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

In every Judicial Ruling in the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court of Justice, the Summa Carta, the Supreme Constitution, and the Rules of Conduct will be interpreted as they are written, as no ignominious Interpretations will be accepted, or permitted.

Any Judicial Corruption within the Alliance Court of Justice will result in the accused receiving a new trial by a new Panel of Judges.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Court of Justice will have 9 members.

All Judges appointed to the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court will be interviewed publicly and approved by the Sovereign Earth Alliance Judicial Council.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Court will accept cases:

·        With matters of trade disputes between Nations within or outside of the Sovereign Earth Alliance,

·        Prosecution of Offences against the Harm Doctrine,

·        Prosecution of Crimes Against Sovereignty,

·        Prosecution of Crimes Against Humanity,

·        Prosecution of War Crimes,

·        Treason or Corruption by Sovereign Earth Alliance Council Members and or their Administrative Councils,

·        Lawful challenges against the Supreme Constitution or Rules of Conduct of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

== Lawful Challenges: ==


A Sovereign may initiate a Lawful Challenge against any portion of the Supreme Constitution, or any Rule of Conduct.

The use of a Lawful Challenge is to facilitate an impartial determination by removing subjectivity by utilizing facts, evidence, logic, and reason.

Each Lawful Challenge to change the Supreme Constitution, or any Rule of Conduct of the Sovereign Earth Alliance must be unique, clear, and concise on any specific inconsistency, Incorrectness, or how it is ambiguously written.

Each Lawful Challenge to change the Supreme Constitution or any Rule of Conduct must be clear and concise as to why the Supreme Constitution or Rule of Conduct should be changed, the reasons for the changes, the proposed new wording on what should be changed, and how the changes would benefit the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

Each Lawful Challenge will be sent to the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court for review and adjudication.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Court of Justice will reject a Lawful Challenge on the basis that it would diminish any of the:

·        Sovereigns Irrevocable Freedoms

·        Limitations of the Sovereign Earth Alliance  

·        A violation of the Principles of the Summa Carta or the Supreme Constitution.

·        Change or remove a Rules of Conduct to where it violates the Harm Doctrine.

·        Previously adjudicated Lawful Challenges where no new evidence and facts are presented.


'''Sovereign Earth Alliance Grand Jury'''

Every Sovereign of the Sovereign Earth Alliance will be subject to a Grand Jury.

Sovereign Earth Alliance Grand Jury will be comprised of nine (9) Sovereigns randomly chosen from within Sovereign Earth Alliance.

Sovereign Earth Alliance Grand Jury will examine the validity of an accusation against any Sovereign before they appear in the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court.

Sovereign Earth Alliance Grand Jury will ascertain if a Sovereign has abdicated their Sovereignty through their actions, and if they have been deemed to have abdicated their Sovereignty, they will appear in the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court.


ALTERATION OF THE ARTICLES OF THIS CONSTITUTION

Constitutional Protections

All changes to the Supreme Constitution of the Sovereign Earth Alliance will be written in Common English.

The Preamble will not be subject to amendment or repeal.

Creation, Amendment, Repeal Process 

Every Sovereign will have the authority to submit a Lawful Challenge to amend or repeal Articles within Supreme Constitution of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance Council may put forth an amendment to add new Articles to the Supreme Constitution of the Sovereign Earth Alliance, which will be voted on by Referendum.

= Creation and Amendment Management of the Constitution: =


Each Amendment will replace the current version in the Article, and the Original Version will be moved to Appendix A: Amendments and Repeals.

Once the Amendment of an Article is approved and enacted by the Sovereigns, the previous version will be null and void.

= Transparency, Criminality, Corruption, & Treason =


If any Sovereign has any Concerns about lack of Transparency, Criminality, Corruption, Treason by any member of any Council or Administration they may take their concerns to the Independent Investigative Bureau (IIB) to investigate.

== Transparency ==


Each Council and Administration of the Sovereign Earth Alliance, and all departments and offices of the Administrations will operate with complete transparency to every Sovereign. 

Each Member Nation will have the ability to petition for a vote for the impeachment of a member of any Sovereign Earth Alliance Council if they fail to be transparent.

Any Member of the Administration of any Council of the Sovereign Earth Alliance that Fails to be transparent will be subject to investigation and or dismissal. 

All Evidence of criminal activity by any Member of any Council or Administration of the Sovereign Earth Alliance will be turned over to the Alliance Investigative Council. 

Every Temporary or Permanent Council of the Sovereign Earth Alliance will be required to keep and submit all records to the Sovereign Earth Alliance Public Records. This Paragraph does not apply to the Sovereign Earth Alliance Military Council.

== '''Criminality and Corruption''' ==


Council and Administration Criminality and Corruption:


If a Member of any Council or Administration in the Sovereign Earth Alliance is investigated for Criminality or Corruption by the Independent Investigative Bureau (IIB) and charged, the Council or Administration Member will be suspended pending the outcome of the Trial before the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court of Justice. If the Member of the Council or Administration is convicted, they will be removed from their position.

Judicial Corruption:

When a Judge in the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court of Justice is investigated and charged by the Alliance Independent Investigative Council, that Judge will be suspended from their position and duties and will appear before the Sovereign Earth Alliance Court of Justice.

The Judicial Council will replace the suspended Judge from a list of qualified Judges submitted from every Member Nation.


'''Treason'''


Treason is the highest crime of betrayal of every Sovereign in the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

Treason is either insurrection, mutiny, rebellion, manipulation, sedition, conspiring, coercing, colluding, cooperating, or any other means of attempting to overthrow, alter, or subvert the Power and Authority of the Sovereigns as defined in the Summa Carta, and in the Supreme Constitution of the Sovereign Earth Alliance, and or providing aid and assistance to any Enemy.



= Article 7. Limitations in the Sovereign Earth Alliance =


The Sovereign Earth Alliance will make no laws that restrict Religion, Religious or Spiritual Beliefs if they cause no harm.

There is an absolute and complete separation of Religion, Religious and Spiritual Beliefs, and the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance will not finance or subsidize any Religion, Religious and or Spiritual Organizations.

Religious Laws will not supersede the Supreme Constitution and Rules of Conduct of the Sovereign Earth Alliance.

The Sovereign Earth Alliance accepts all Religions, Religious or Spiritual beliefs, and atheist or agnostic beliefs as being Equal.

Within the Sovereign Earth Alliance, Members and Administration of Councils will not be members of any political party or have any political alliances, as these separate and divide a Sovereign from the Unity of Sovereignty.

Debt slavery within the Sovereign Earth Alliance is a Crime against Humanity.

The Official Language of the Sovereign Earth Alliance will be Common English.

Each Nation will have the Freedom to have their own Official Languages within their Nation.

Sovereign – means to have absolute power and authority to govern, and control of oneself. The power of a Sovereign people is to control its own Government.

Corporations – Corporations are Business entities created for collective limited liability and operated by living man and woman.

Only a Nations Sovereigns make Laws for their Citizens… The SEI only makes rules of conduct for Sovereigns.


We are Sovereigns among Sovereigns and in our system, we are accountable to each other where we have the responsibility to each other to maintain the integrity of the Sovereignty.
